At Divi, we want you to love your hair care journey, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your results. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your Divi products in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
